Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Our world class client in Brampton needs to hire a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. What will be important for them is that person has 3 years of work experience, in a similar role, while being employed with a manufacturing company where you made improvements to warehousing and material flow.
Work Setting: On Site
Shift Schedule: Days
Location Details: Brampton
Responsibilities:
Work on CI Programs and ensure best practices are implemented
Lead Kaizen Events
Conduct takt time studies and value stream mapping
Train staff on CI methodologies
Perform daily walks
Qualifications:
Must have a degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineering
At least 3 years of work experience as an Engineer or in a CI Focussed role where you were employed with a manufacturing company
Experience leading improvements to warehousing and material flow with a manufacturing company.
