Hartmann Canada Inc, in Brantford, Ontario is a division of Hartmann North America. We are the world leader of moulded fibre egg cartons. The demand for moulded fibre and environmentally sustainable products is rapidly increasing. Hartmann has committed and invested in this area to meet the growing demand of our products.

We've established a brand-new Global Process Excellence team and are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives. This high-impact role will focus on optimizing and standardizing administrative processes that support planning, customer service, logistics, and inventory management within a global scope spanning Europe and North America.

You will collaborate with global teams, functional leaders, and IT partners to streamline workflows, improve process efficiency, introduce digital enhancements, and support the organization in building a strong culture of continuous improvement.
