The Continuous Improvement Analyst (CIA) is a key delivery role within responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment that blends Agile and Waterfall practices. This role combines strong project management discipline with hands-on business analysis and continuous improvement capability of end-to-end delivery.
The CIA partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to define problems, identify root causes, shape solutions, and ensure successful implementation across people, process, and technology.
