Continuous Improvement Analyst

Carlson Wagonlit Travel is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst to join our global HR Operations organization. 

The role will primarily be responsible for analyzing, investigating and recommending opportunities to improve employee value and satisfaction, quality, flexibility and reduced cost within the HR Operations organization.   Partner with stakeholders to reach and maintain the agreed improvements and quality standards. In addition, the Analyst continuously works with stakeholders in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring documentation is up to date, complete and correct.
