Job Summary:
Promote & facilitate the successful implementation of continuous improvement tools & processes across local site by conducting sustainable continuous improvement events to support the top priorities of local site, and is responsible for driving continuous improvement culture and minimizing system waste through lean systems & processes.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement  Kaizen activities

1) Analyze and monitor performance of the most impactful value stream to find improvement opportunities. develop value stream maps and execute the continuous improvement implementation plan for specific value streams to achieve the plant level continuous improvement metrics and goals whilst ensuring alignment to the business unit strategy.

2) Direct the planning and implementation of Kaizen related continuous improvement activities and hold the regular site level kaizen workshop
