This leadership opportunity will provide management over a 50-bed Long Term Care Facility and a multidisciplinary team of approximately 80 employees. This position requires a Registered Health Care professional designation and a minimum 5 years of Leadership experience.

Description:

The purpose of the Care Manager is to provide vision, leadership and direction to the employees and residents of the Dr. Cooke LTC Facility. The Care Manager coordinates clinical, educational, research and administrative activities for the unit to ensure safe, effective, efficient, accessible and appropriate care is available to clients and their families within ALA.
