Contingent Workforce Program Manager

THIS IS A 24 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL SEMICONDUCTOR COMPANY

The Contingent Workforce Program Manager will provide operational support to internal business teams and stakeholders, managing daily program activities and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers. This role includes oversight of daily processes, drive compliance, review staffing contracts, and participation in special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program in India via the Vendor Management System (VMS), in partnership with the Global Contingent Workforce Team.
• Provide program support and training to hiring managers and staffing suppliers on policies, guidelines, and procedures.
