Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Continental Chef de Partie (CDP). The Continental CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of Continental dishes, ensuring high-quality food preparation and plating. The role involves collaborating with the kitchen team, maintaining food hygiene standards, monitoring supplies, and ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations. The CDP will also contribute to menu planning, cost controls, and staff training.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in preparing and cooking Continental cuisine and knowledge of food presentation techniques.
  • Expertise in maintaining kitchen hygiene and knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to oversee kitchen team operations, including training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Experience in inventory management, portion control, and minimizing food waste to improve cost efficiency.
