JOB DESCRIPTION

LION Digital is a new breed of Agency and has a unique model to offer a holistic eCommerce service to their customers. We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of email platforms, namely Klaviyo. The role will be a dynamic role that allows for exposure to multiple clients concurrently in multiple different eCommerce industries.

Be the key point of contact for clients & competently manage multiple clients simultaneously (up to 10 clients at a single time). Clients are managed by way of phone, Zoom, Asana & Slack.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Manage the delivery of key email marketing services to the client - on time & on budget. Eg. email automation flow build project.
• Manage the internal Flowstate teams (e.g. scripting or design) with tasks and deliverables required to complete a client project or campaign.
