The Role

This is not a traditional editing role.

We're looking for a content strategist who edits—someone who understands audience behavior, retention, virality, and conversion.

You will:

Edit and structure long-form YouTube content for watch time and authority

Create high-performing Shorts, Reels, and TikToks from long-form content

Use AI tools to increase speed, scale, and content output

Analyze performance data and continuously improve content results
