About Codeyoung:
Codeyoung is an EdTech platform helping kids learn coding, robotics, and STEM skills through fun and interactive classes. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support our marketing and content efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Write viral-focused scripts, skits, dialogue, and narrative concepts for short-form & long-form content
- Build screenplays, story arcs & creative frameworks for YouTube videos (educational, entertainment, challenges, breakdowns, etc.)
- Plan and break down episodes into shot lists, storyboards, pacing beats, and key moments
- Work with editors and videographers to direct, guide, and elevate visual storytelling
- Craft YouTube-specific hooks, retention strategies, and narrative pacing
- Ensure all content aligns with current trends in the US/UK creator space
- Sit with the team during edits to fine-tune humor, timing, transitions, and flow
