Content Product Operations Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Product Operations Senior Analyst to join our fast‑growing team.

Our team is a dynamic, collaborative group where Marketing, Product Operations, and Sales work together to attract, educate, and convert clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Sales, IT, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Receive requirements from other departments (Business Development, Sales, Marketing), document the workflow, and execute actions.
• Create new apps on our SaaS portal: upload logos/images, configure features, DRM, and finalize app packages.
• Repackage apps and new versions for different devices; guide clients through app submission to Apple Store, Google Play, Samsung & LG Stores.
• Coordinate and support third‑party integrations (ERPs, payment gateways, CRMs, plugins), documenting processes and ensuring smooth operation.
