Podcast Network Asia is looking for a Content Ops Intern who lives and breathes digital media and organizational strategy.
In this role, you won't just be searching; you will be part of the engine behind our podcast workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining the Master Sheets (Dashboards) that our producers and managers rely on daily. You'll be the one ensuring every link is correct, every guest is researched, and every show is tracked.
What You'll Do
- Update and audit our master Google Sheets to ensure production data and episode statuses are 100% accurate.
- Act as the guardian of our digital assets—ensuring Episode Directories, Chapters, and Videogram links are updated daily.
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google Search AI to research potential podcast hosts, guest profiles, and trending topics.
- Help build visually clean decks for host suggestions and engagement highlights using Google Slides or Canva.
