PALO IT in Mexico is seeking a Lead Content Ops & Conversational AI to define and scale the Content Operations practice, transforming content into a strategic, reusable, and AI-powered infrastructure across all customer touchpoints.

You will design and scale the Content Ops model, governance, voice & tone, and connect Product, Marketing, CX, and Engineering to deliver omnichannel conversational systems using tools like Voiceflow, Dialogflow, Rasa, ChatGPT, Braze, Twilio, Sendgrid.
