Work Arrangement: Work from Home (WFH)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Remarks: One (1) day physical training on onboarding day. From the 2nd day onwards, fully WFH.

SALARY PACKAGE

  • Base Salary: RM1,700
  • Incentives: RM300
  • Shift allowance (if applicable): RM 500
  • Total Monthly Package: RM2,000
  • Annual Leave: Prorated according to months worked (1 month = 1 day).

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the curation of marketplace content, performing quality checks on the legitimacy of listings.
  • Categorize and place listings into the correct product categories.
  • Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on them.
  • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries.
