Review and take action on user content based on set policies
Identify and escalate sensitive or harmful content appropriately
Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting KPIs
Protect user privacy and handle data with care
Participate in ongoing training and updates
Who You Are
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Emotionally resilient and capable of handling graphic or sensitive content
