Content Moderator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role with considerable exposure to news and editorial workstreams, Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming, and audio) , Content labelling
• Ensuring policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaising with client's internal teams to ensure user and brand safety.

Essential Skills:

• B2 level English proficiency.
• JLPT N1/N2 equivalent for Japanese proficiency.
• Professional skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
• High attention to details and follow through
