Our client is a services company specializing in engaging with good customer service and improving the performances of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material.
  • Reviewing/updating content on a popular social media platform.
  • Being responsible for the audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload.

    • Qualifications

  • Arabic native speaker with Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work in shifts (Morning Shift 09.00-18.00, Evening Shift 13.00-22.00, Night Shift 21.00-06.00).
  • Ability to start working immediately
