**CONTENT MODERATOR 2**

As Content Moderator 2, you will assist with our internal partners and customers submissions’ by enabling permissions, giving guidance, facilitating troubleshooting, responding to inquiries, point-of-contact support, and processing any complaints.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Review and moderate submissions based on global guidelines with provided content
+ Conduct light functionality & feature testing as necessary
+ Provide outreach to customers via scripted communications
+ Identify and report inappropriate content, such as hate speech, harassment, and explicit material.
+ Process product removal as needed
+ Identify trends and provide feedback to the team
+ Supports internal requests as needed
+ Escalations point of contact for Content Moderator 1
+ Provide support to trainers, PMs and GPD as needed
