No prior professional experience is required; however, candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts relevant to the role.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with website builders or CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach and eagerness to learn and improve.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
