Role Overview
The Content Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s content strategy across ad films, social media, website, and performance campaigns. You will lead the creative direction while ensuring alignment with growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end content strategy for digital & D2C channels
Lead creative ideation for ad films, performance ads, and brand campaigns
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
Oversee scriptwriting, video concepts, and campaign storytelling
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Design, and D2C teams
Optimize content based on performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement)
Ensure strong brand consistency across all touchpoints
Identify and leverage trending content formats (UGC, testimonial, problem-solution ads, etc.)
Build and mentor the internal creative team
