About the Role

As a Content Lawyer (Capital Markets and M&A) – Practical Guidance, you will contribute to the development of an innovative online resource designed for Canadian legal professionals. You will create and maintain high-quality, practical legal content while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and edit practice notes, checklists, flowcharts, precedents, and other practice-related materials
• Ensure currency and relevancy of all materials included in the product
• Monitor trends and legal developments in this practice area
• Monitor competitiveness of the product offering
• Recruit and manage relationships with legal practitioners and firms across Canada
