Pound & Grain is a creative agency specializing in advertising, marketing, social media, influencer marketing and brand strategy. We are building content engines that are always on, culturally plugged in and impossible to ignore. We're a small team that moves fast, doesn't shy away from using AI and we like it that way.

We're building a team of four creators for a dedicated sportsbook account and we need people who can do it all — cut a meme from a template bank, write 20 replies on X, film a greenscreen hot take, manage a Discord thread, post engagement content to Instagram and live-tweet an upset. All in the same evening.

This is a creator role and a community management role — and we don't see those as separate things. You know a perfect reply in a trending thread can outperform a planned post.
