Job Description

Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Content Editor for an initial 6 Month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion. This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
Job responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Research:
  • Conduct content strategy tasks and UX research to support projects in their initial phases.
  • Perform competitive analysis, content inventories, and usability research.
  • Draft usability questions and wireframe copy to guide content decisions.

    • Content Creation & Management:
  • Write, edit, and proofread digital content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with brand voice.
  • Maintain editorial standards, ensuring content aligns with business goals and user needs.
