Job Title: Content Development Specialist
Locations: Everett, WA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; St. Louis, MO; Auburn, WA (Candidates must be able and available to work onsite at one of the specified locations).



Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine course curriculum for training guides at our client's location.
  • Define project scope, recommend deliverables, and manage resources.
  • Oversee curriculum development, review course content, and ensure system access.
  • Identify learning objectives and adapt content and delivery methods.
  • Lead as an instructor in specialized content areas and deploy development tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address training needs and create new hire assessments.


    • Skills Required:
  • 3-5 years of instructional design experience.
  • Technical background in electrical, aviation, mechanical, or structures.
