You will produce informative content, how-to videos, and visuals that help users understand and enjoy our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and revise content related to products and applications.
- Create supporting visuals and desktop how-to videos.
- Monitor content satisfaction and resolution scores continuously.
- Ensure compliance with information security guidelines and report any issues to management.
- Optimize content with relevant keywords to reach a larger audience.
- Track customer feedback and continuously improve content quality.
