Content Designer

We’re Hiring: Content Designer (12-Month+ Contract | Toronto | 4 days in office | 1 day remote)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Content Designer to help shape the voice and messaging of high-impact, consumer-facing digital experiences. You’ll be embedded in a cross‑functional product squad, collaborating with designers, researchers, and product owners to create content that’s clear, inclusive, and deeply connected to user needs.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of content strategy and creation end‑to‑end — from research and ideation through to polished, user‑ready copy. You’ll be the go‑to expert for ensuring every digital interaction communicates value, builds trust, and supports a seamless user journey.
