  • Define and articulate the content design to your client and to the internal production team.
  • Create content using a range of authoring tools, templates, re-usable assets and bespoke elements to meet learning content design requirements
  • Conduct research on relevant topics and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure high quality content
  • Collaborate with designers, stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop concepts and ideas for new content
  • Edit and proofread content created by other writers to maintain consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Ensure all content is delivered within agreed timeframes and to agreed standards
