We are hiring a hands-on Social Media Content Creator for a U.S.-based dating app.
This is a creator-first role with light account management. The focus is simple: create original content, monitor performance quickly, and iterate fast to drive organic growth.
Instagram is the primary platform. No paid ads. Content must perform well organically.
What You'll Do
• Create 4–6 original posts per week (Reels, statics, carousels, memes, UGC-style, light animation)
• Independently source and produce content
• Content must be primarily original and platform-native. Heavy reliance on stock footage or generic templates is not acceptable.
• Turn one idea into multiple variations (different hooks, captions, angles)
• Monitor posts within the first 1–3 hours
• Adjust quickly when performance is weak (rewrite hook, change framing, repost variation, pivot angle)
• Provide a weekly performance report (top content, weak content, key metrics, adjustments made)
