RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


Support the Customer Service Engineer at the Customer Production Line

 Ensure customer line is supported at all times.

 Support Customer Service Engineer to resolve any issues at the customer end in a timely manner.

 To feedback to Customer Service Engineer accurate & timely information on all issues at the customer plant.


Support all change implementation

 To support Customer Service Engineer for SQE to evaluate changes made by supplier and carry out fitment at


the customer end.


Follow up on Engineering Changes & Permits

 Support Customer Service Engineer for assurance engineering changes & permits are implemented in


accordance to accepted procedures.

 Monitor the cut off for changes is done correctly and effectively.
