We're Hiring: Junior Accountant

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Accountant to join our team in Colombia. You'll play a key role in supporting daily fund reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution payments.

Location options: Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga

What you'll do:

• Reconcile daily distributions and redemption payments
• Investigate fund settlement discrepancies and overdue payments
• Generate transfers, personal distributions, and retirement plan loans
• Support reconciliation between internal systems, NetSuite, and IRS records
• Prepare reports on outstanding checks and assist in fund recovery

What we're looking for:

1–3 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance

Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word

Clear written and verbal communication in English (B2+)
