About the Role – Contact Centre Sales Agent
As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will engage with consumers regarding their financial wellbeing. Your role is to qualify clients, explain the process, and convert interest into completed applications, all within a strictly NCR-regulated environment.
You will be supported by experienced Team Managers, structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clearly defined performance targets.
This is a sales-driven role suited to agents who enjoy pace, pressure, and accountability.
