Contact Centre experience is not essential, as long as you have a passion for IT and exceptional customer service.

Youve got to be great!  Your position will be to act as the first point of contact for our customers by providing Level 1 support, capturing essential information and ensuring cases are escalated to the relevant Engineer or Account Manager. This will be achieved utilising the Service Desk processes and procedures ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

  • A positive and proactive attitude;
  • Great customer service skill and attention to detail;
  • Passion for the IT Industry;
  • Available for day and night shifts on a 24×7 rotating roster;
  • Case management experience (nice to have).
