<div>Role:Contact Centre QE Developer</div> <div>location: Toronto,ON</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks using Java.<br /> <br /> Create and execute automated test scripts for UI, functional, and regression testing.<br /> <br /> Perform API testing using Postman, including validation of REST APIs.<br /> <br /> Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to understand requirements and ensure coverage.<br /> <br /> Work with Contact Centre tools and technologies, including Agent Desktop, IVR, and routing platforms such as Cisco Jabber, Chatbots, and Cyara. (Training/grooming can be provided.)<br /> <br /> Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure cross-team collaboration</div>
