Insight Global is seeking a motivated and solution‑oriented
Data Engineer
to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation who's ready to take ownership of data workflows, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the design and optimization of scalable data solutions.

In addition to core data engineering responsibilities, this position will play a key role in supporting a
Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS)
transformation initiative. You'll help build and maintain the data workflows, integrations, and reporting structures that enable a modern, cloud‑based contact center environment.

You'll work hands‑on with ETL development, data pipelines, cataloging efforts, and CCaaS‑related data integrations—ensuring that critical information is moved, transformed, and organized efficiently.
