Our clinic in Five Dock is currently seeking Contact Centre Agents to join the team.

These full time permanent roles offer a structured work week Monday - Friday, with eight-hour shifts between 8am-5:30pm.

Role Overview:

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
  • Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
  • Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
  • Future potential to incorporate hybrid work from home options.
