Scope of Application:

  • Timely assurance of consumer service management when processing consumer complaints.

Role Description and Core Responsibilities:

  • Processing all types of consumer complaints (feedback, product suggestions, complaints, criticism) in the ticket software Zendesk (main task).
  • Processing quality notifications, customer orders and spare parts deliveries in SAP.
  • Ensuring professional handling of consumer enquiries by telephone.
  • Monitoring the content of consumer complaints.
  • Processing customer request mailings.
