Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all requests including but not limited to New policy setup, Renewals, Policy endorsements, certificates, and queries are accepted in accordance with required checklists, executed, coordinated and followed up with other departments to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Understand and adhere to all underwriting, regulatory and compliance requirements including but not limited to screening of requirements, reporting suspicious transactions as applicable and retention of records.
  • To ensure Authority Matrix and Standard Operating Procedures are followed strictly while processing any transaction and deviations are referred to competent authority for approval as stated in Authority Matrix document.
  • Policy issuance and adminstration activities by meeting the SLA’s and TAT’s with internal and external clients.
