About the Role

The Consumer Lending Head will lead the Philippines Partnerships Business, driving profitable growth, customer acquisition, innovation, and strategic partner management.

This leader will own lending partnerships end-to-end — from strategy and financial performance to regulatory oversight and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition of 300,000 customers in 3 years and deliver $100M ANR by 2027
  • Define and execute the Partnerships Business vision and strategy
  • Lead all lending partnerships (credit cards & loans)
  • Own acquisition, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Oversee day-to-day partnership operations including budgets, KPIs, and OKRs
  • Manage contract compliance and renewals with partner banks
