Consumer Lending Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Lending Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategic Oversight Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and senior lending officers to achieve performance goals. Set clear expectations and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
2. Risk Management & Credit Oversight Oversee credit assessment processes and ensure adherence to risk appetite and policy. Review escalated or complex applications and provide final decision‑making support. Identify emerging risks and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Operational Excellence Streamline lending operations to improve turnaround times and service quality. Ensure accurate and timely completion of worklists and reporting obligations. Drive process improvements and system enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
