The Consumer Experience and Technology Coordinator supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of consumer-focused strategies across campus dining operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Consumer Experience Specialist acts as an onsite, highly visible Aramark ambassador dedicated to enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. This role blends customer insights, engagement initiatives, and basic tech-enabled processes to improve satisfaction, streamline communication, and support operational excellence. The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting business initiatives including customer loyalty, experience improvement, digital adoption, quality perception, and overall brand presence for the campus and Aramark Higher Education.
