Consumer Director

Job Function Summary

Fully responsible for the management and direction of the Consumer business including, Consumer Care and Service, Consumer Sales and Consumer excellence departments. You will ensure proper execution of our Patient Programs, proactively managing day to day operations of the team, enabling excellent end user experiences and outcomes across functions, while ensuring compliance with all procedures and regulations. Through talent management, flawless and consistent execution, and continuous improvement you will ensure that Coloplast goals are met by each department. As a key stakeholder in our consumer offering, you are actively engaged in driving the ongoing development of our programs supporting end users with intimate healthcare needs, as well as driving toward better healthcare outcomes for these end users.
