Description

1.基于客户要求，提供色谱质谱等仪器的实操指导，进行培训或咨询方案设计等支持；2.基于客户工作流，进行指导或提出优化建议，助力客户降本增效；3.演示仪器硬件/软件操作或维护流程，解答用户问题，跟踪用户需求；4.提供持续支持并跟进、并及时反馈培训/咨询结果；5.关注行业动态，跟踪应用热点问题，发掘培训/咨询/解决方案需求，开发制作培训材料，与关联部门同事积极协作，用针对性培训服务提升用户体验。

Qualifications

1.硕士及以上学历，仪器分析相关专业，有2年或以上检测和分析方法开发工作经验，有生物制药如蛋白、多肽、寡核苷酸、ADC药物等经验优先;2.熟练使用色谱、液相色谱质谱联用仪及相关软件，熟悉生物医药产业、相关工流程、典型应用及行业法规;3.具备较强的主动学习能力，良好的沟通表达技巧以及客户服务意识，需
要较好的英语听说读写能力，能够适应50%左右的出差频率。
