The Role: VPS4 People and culture adviser

Location: Melbourne CBD

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 2 Month contract

Pay: $62 hour + super

Hours: Full time for 2 months

About the role:

You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and management of information in SAP SuccessFactors particularly in the Employee Central (EC) module and onboarding of new starters, ensuring all information is received to create a new employee profile.

The EC module contains information on position management, organisational structures, employee information and workflows related to approvals for actions by delegates in the system. This role oversees the functions of the system for EC and onboarding, ensuring workflows reach the correct delegate, information is maintained accurately and actions relating to information flowing across the system are processed in a timely manner.
