About the Role

As part of the Strategy, Governance and Compliance team within the Talent, Reward and Mobility (TRM) Centre of Expertise, you will shape and steward the frameworks that underpin how we reward, recognise and retain our people.  This role contributes specialist advice that supports transparent, consistent and strategically aligned decision-making across the University.
