Responsibilities

  • Telephone technical advice primarily for business partners (installers) as Level 1 support
  • Support for field service operations
  • Selling repair services and coordinating processing: quotations, work orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and goodwill approvals
  • Assistance in handling problematic installations/systems
  • Tele‑diagnostics using digital tools
  • Sales of spare parts and repair services with coordination of processing: quotations, orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and goodwill approvals

Requirements

  • Completed technical basic training in HVAC with further vocational/professional development
  • Expert advice on hydraulic, refrigeration, and electrical matters
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Safeguarding Viessmann's interests when dealing with customers
