Manager, Contract and Vendor Performance – Drive Strategic Transformation in Geelong

Reporting to the General Manager, Transformation Engagement, you will be responsible for managing strategic procurement (technology and services), key contracts, and ongoing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Vendor & Contract Management: Lead the end-to-end management of strategic contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment with transformation objectives. This involves negotiating and resolving contractual issues, promoting change control, and monitoring vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Strategic Procurement: Lead the multi-year planning, sourcing, and execution of ICT procurements for the transformation program and broader enterprise initiatives.
