Develop payroll, working time, and HR processes, support system implementations, and contribute to societal change through impactful projects across the Nordics. Qualifications

  • 4-5 years relevant experience in payroll and HR process development
  • Experience in client work, outsourcing, or consulting
  • Experience with HR, payroll, or work time systems implementation or administration
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
