Responsibilities
- Supports implements and follows Reem Hospital's departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Ensures comprehensive documentation in the Medical Record to accurately reflect the patient’s diagnosis and treatment to enable good clinical practice and optimal accurate patient billing.
- General accountability for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of general health problems.
- Delivers best‑in‑class General Pediatric Services.
- Directs nurses in procedures for pre‑operative and post‑operative care such as administering sedatives, prescribing diets and preparing operative area of patients.
- Examines patients and determines X‑ray examinations and clinical laboratory tests required.
- Performs and interprets diagnostic tests to obtain information on medical condition and determine diagnosis.
