BASIC FUNCTION:


Responsible for the construction and completion of Makati Campus Project, close monitoring of contractor's work, budget versus actual, achieving cost efficiencies and project safety upon completion and turn over.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



A. Manages Makati Campus construction work progress assigned within the year within approved schedule (Maximum negative variance of 5% from the agreed original master program)

  • Prepares project program/timeline
  • Prepares construction agreement and contract documents
  • Coordinates with consultants and other BDO units with project deliverable
  • Review project plan and specification for completeness and within BDO standard.
  • Participates in the pre-bid meetings and actual site inspection.
  • Conducts technical meeting with the contractor implementation.
  • Prepares all necessary documentation needed for the processing of permits.
